With over 12 years of experience in business strategy, Adhishree Anand helps growth-focused businesses unlock higher performance through strategic focus, leadership alignment and execution excellence.
She began her career at McKinsey & Company, followed by hands-on leadership in her family’s export business. Today, she leads Live by Design®, a strategy consulting firm that helps business owners scale sustainably—without burnout.
As a third-generation entrepreneur, Adhishree brings unique insight into the complexities of founder-led and family-run businesses. Her approach combines strategic clarity with bold execution frameworks to accelerate growth and build momentum.
She holds an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University, UK, and has completed advanced training in business optimization, including a prestigious Management Training Program in Germany sponsored by the German Government.
Adhishree is the creator of the L.B.D® Performance Framework, a transformative methodology which is reshaping how businesses design strategy and lead teams. She is also the author of the bestselling book, “Burning Your Profits”.
